Transactional SMS opt-in

Cygnus is a business management and booking platform operated by Sunshine Kitchen Group, LLC. Participating independent businesses use Cygnus to manage bookings. SMS consent is specific to the business with which the customer is booking and is not shared with other businesses using Cygnus.

Verification codes may be sent when identity verification is required to access protected customer functionality. OTP is not sent for every booking, and is not sent automatically when someone becomes a return customer or earns rewards.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking.
