These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cygnus ("Service") operated by Sunshine Evolution Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at www.cygnusradiance.com.
Cygnus is an all-in-one online booking and business management platform for spas, salons, and service businesses. The Service includes customer booking pages, shop dashboards, staff management, payroll summaries, and related tools.
All new accounts receive a 15-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends unless you subscribe before then.
Each business receives dedicated URLs under our domain:
/book/[slug]/dashboard-[slug] (after owner/staff login at /login)You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users' data or experience.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable United States law, Sunshine Evolution Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Sunshine Evolution Technologies LLC ("we") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Cygnus at www.cygnusradiance.com.
We use collected data to provide the Service, process bookings and payments, send transactional emails, support your account, and improve platform reliability and security.

We retain account and booking data while your subscription is active. After account termination, we keep data for 30 days to allow export or dispute resolution, then delete it from production systems unless law requires longer retention.
We implement industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure payment handling via Stripe.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid for Cygnus plans through Sunshine Evolution Technologies LLC.
Every new account includes a 15-day free trial. No charges are collected during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any billing.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer refunds for months already used or partially used. Canceling stops future billing only.
We may issue a full or partial refund in these cases:
Email admin@sunshines88.com within 14 days of the charge with your business name, invoice date, and reason for the request. We review requests within 5 business days.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
